I am absolutely disgusted with the service and food I received today.To begin with, I ordered pigs in blankets (as shown in photo) and I’m sbut where are the blankets, whe the worker she took the pot back off me put a lid on and proceeded to gave it back even tho I just watched her do so.Secondly, I ordered my daughter and younger sister a hot chocolate when I asked her to add some cold milk she refused. I understand it’s been a busy evening but the girl was more interested in speaking to her two friends than her customer service.

Visited today and was very disappointed with the poor service we received.If you’re installing new self service kiosks that aren’t working properly, not allowing personalised orders or accepting valid vouchers then please at a bare minimum request that your staff properly advice customers of this when they come in.Rude staff who appear to not care enough about their jobs to provide polite service to their customers!!

If your staff are too lazy to serve and force people to use the kiosks which are rubbish and don't allow personalisation of subs, then perhaps it's time to find people stop buying subway. The price is extortionate for a sub these days.Not everyone wants to be forced onto a digital order experience.

I got the savers lunch meal, I wasnt sure which fillings were included but the staff were very helpful. I got the nacho chicken, I took two bites and nearly threw up. The taste of the chicken was vile, almost stale and was still pretty cold even after being toasted.The staff were very lovely helping me with my order and opening the door for my pram. Although the food has put me off ever having Subway again!
